Our journey began in December 2016, when our daughter expressed her wish to get married in the forest on our farm! We set up benches, using wood from the forest, in the spot we located for the ceremony. 

The year 2017 and onwards kept us busy as more couples wished to say their vows in the forest. We remain delighted and honoured to share our lovely setting! Over the years we have built a forest cottage, and cleared trees for a large, green space we call "The Terrace". Using our own trees we put up a dreamy long swing, and in 2025 we built an under-cover facility, also using wood from the farm. We call this venue "The Knot-Room". 

We have kept the venues as natural as possible in order to take full advantage of the exquisite ambience that the forest offers.  We are happy to have you and your guests enccounter nature in Knotwood Forest.
